FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does Triad Mining & Logistics own mines?
Triad's strategy includes selective participation in chrome, coal and mineral-processing assets. Any current ownership interest will be disclosed only after it has been legally verified and approved for publication.
Does Triad own its own trucks?
Transport capacity may be mobilised through dedicated fleet arrangements, contracted transporters or logistics partners. The operating model depends on the route, commodity, volume and client requirement.
Which commodities does Triad trade?
Our initial focus is chrome, coal and manganese. Other commodities may be considered selectively where Triad has an appropriate technical and commercial basis for participation.
Can Triad guarantee funding for a mining project?
No. Triad can help assess funding readiness, develop the business case, prepare investment information and facilitate suitable introductions. Funding decisions remain with investors and capital providers.
Does Triad provide individual technical resources?
Triad Mining & Logistics focuses on integrated mining and mineral-processing operating teams. Individual engineering and project-resource requirements may be supported through Triad Consulting Engineers.
Can Triad run an entire processing plant?
Triad can assess full or partial outsourced operating models. The final scope will depend on the plant, commodity, asset condition, staffing requirements, performance expectations and commercial structure.
What information is required for a commodity opportunity?
At minimum, provide the commodity, product form, location, indicative volume, available specifications, ownership information, authority to sell and proposed delivery terms.
What information is required from a commodity buyer?
Provide the product, required specification, volume, delivery location, schedule, intended use and proposed commercial terms.
Does submitting an opportunity create an agreement?
No. Every opportunity remains subject to assessment, verification, due diligence, commercial agreement and formal contracting.
